First things first; the inquiry. Call, Email, Facebook, or Text us your project and we’ll schedule a consultation for a free proposal. Consultations take roughly 30-45 minutes and we give you a courtesy call when we’re on our way. In most cases, we’re able to provide a proposal at the consultation.
When will we get started? Our contracts outline two dates creating an anticipated starting window. Once we approach the starting window, we contact you with an update about a firm start date. This is also a great opportunity to revisit the project details so that everything is aligned before ground break. What about rain? We can’t control the weather, but we can plan for it. When scheduling, we do our best to build in margin for weather or delays and keep in contact when changes are made.
Once your project is scheduled, we get to work on preparing the materials, plans, permits, and any other permissions necessary for your project. We work well with HOA’s and neighbors. Depending on the project, we may do a walkthrough prior to starting to ensure everything is ready before we begin because “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” – Ben Franklin.
Quality. Landscaping projects are an investment and the people doing the work should treat them as so. It’s why our fully insured, fully respectful, and fully professional staff does more than what is asked. We’re always keeping an eye out for adjustments to improve your project. We have been in the industry for over a decade and regularly seeking certifications from organizations like the National Concrete and Masonry Association because using the best methods is our secret sauce.
Break out the marshmallows, pull up to a fresh look, and relax knowing your lawn drains properly. After all, you’re not just buying a patio or retaining wall, you’re purchasing a service. If we’re the kind of people you’d like to work with then let’s connect to discuss your project!

Each project is unique so there is no one-size-fits-all. We have, however, created standardized pricing for our most common products. This allows us to provide consistent and fair proposals.
Depending on the size of the project, most take 2 to 5 days (even the big ones). We believe that seeking to understand the customer’s goals and preparing for these goals allows us to achieve an excellent combination of both accuracy and timeliness.
Yes. We accept all major credit cards. We waive the 5% processing fee for deposits (when signing the contract) but since it does cost us to accept cards we ask for a 5% processing fee if you would like to charge the remaining balances.
We are fully insured – both for liability (property damage) and workman’s comp. You never want to hire a liability.
For the consultation, it’s best for all decision makers to be present. Since we put a lot of work into the preparation – like walkthroughs before larger projects – it’s not necessary that you’re home while we work; though you’re always more than welcome.
We are available for consultations on most Saturdays. We will occasionally install on Saturdays depending on circumstances. Closed on Sundays.
Yes we do. We work through a service called Hearth that connects customers to lenders. You may receive offers without taking a hit on your credit by answering a few questions for a free look.
A clean worksite is a safe and productive worksite. Having said that, landscaping is usually a big undertaking that requires heavy equipment. Our machines have tracks that distribute the weight and we repair any yard damage with topsoil and seed. We also have a strict no trash policy during installation. Who wants to pay to have trash in their yard?
Clean up is critical. It’s our job to make the outside of your home great; therefore, we’ll do things like power wash driveways and blow off porches.
Consultations average between 30 to 45 minutes depending on the complexity of your project.
